Shipping policies

All our packages are shipped by trustworthy companies such as Canada Post, Fedex, Nationex, Purolator, Canpar or others. You will receive an email from the selected provider with tracking information as soon as your package has been picked up. If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your junk mail.   

All orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days.  We will contact you if the delay between the time of your order and its shipment should exceptionally be longer than 5 days.   

Shipping is free anywhere in Canada* for all orders of $100 or more (before taxes). A $15 fee (before taxes) applies to all orders under $100.  

*Additional charges apply in the following situations:  

- Distant areas (Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and British Columbia) : $45.99.   

- Oversized shipments (ski poles and ski systems under $550) : $34.99   

- Mailboxes : $49.99 (In case of false declaration, we will cancel the order) 

- Ski bag on wheels - available for in-store pickup only.  

- United States : a minimum $25 delivery fee will be charged. Additional customs brokerage fees and import taxes may be added.  We will contact you with the inform at the time of your order.   

You can also change your mind at any time before shipping and pick up your items in store for free. Just let us know. Please contact the store client service during business hours to have us cancel the shipping process as soon as possible. 

 



30-day return policy

We accept returns for exchange and refund within 30 days after receiving your package.

  • SKI TOWN is committed to selling only new high-quality products. Items must therefore be returned in new condition with the original tags attached to the item if that were originally the case. No exceptions. The final decision to determine if a product is new is at the discretion of SKI TOWN. If you are unsure whether the product you are returning is no longer considered new, please contact us before proceeding with the return. 
  • Items sold at 40% off and more are considered final sale.
  • Items must be returned clean, odour-free and no animal hairs.
  • Items that are clearly identified as being "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not exchangeable
  • No exchange on undergarments.

Proceed to a mail return 

For online purchases, you can easily proceed with the return by following these steps:

  • Package the item that you are returning. Note that the customer is responsible for the return postage fees and for the quality of the return packaging.
  • Go to the post office and hand the package to the Canada Post clerk 

Proceed to a store return

  • You can also proceed with an online return by going to our store.
