Our lightest 3-layer waterproof jacket for skiing and snowboarding. This shell jacket is designed for ski touring, but is excellent for alpine activities, from trekking to light mountaineering. We use GORE-TEX® fabric because it's the best in the world for long-lasting waterproofness (28,000 mm), optimized breathability (RET less than 13) and total windproofness. The main material is a 3-layer ePE GORE-TEX® 30D C-knit fabric with a 100% recycled nylon 85gm2 front and back. The second material is a 3-layer ePE GORE-TEX® 30D rip-stop C-knit fabric with 100% recycled nylon front and back, 101gm2. Key features include Helmet-compatible, one-hand-adjustable storm hood, velcro-adjustable asymmetrical cuffs, chest ventilation with YKK waterproof zipper and mesh, 1 chest pocket with YKK waterproof zipper, 1 inside pocket, laminated stretch fabric gaiter for hands. The jacket has a technical cut with articulated arms, perfect for alpine movements. It is slightly longer in the back for extra protection.
